Problems Remortgaging Under New Lending Rules
Just wondered if anyone had struggled to remortgage since those new lending rules came in to place last year? We aren't due to remortgage for another 12 months but our FTB mortgage was approved before those rules came in to affect. I'm already worrying that we won't be able to remortgage!

Bad (or not the best) Credit score.
I've never taken out a credit card or loan in my life (apart from student loan). As I've never needed to. I buy cars outright as I'm cheap (my cars are <£2000). The only loan I'll ever need is a mortgage. Apparently I don't have a good credit score. Or at least not the best. A mortgage broker mentioned something about A*…
