Another Credit Check if First House Falls Through?
Just wondering about the effect of this on ones credit score, if it even happens. Do lenders do another credit check if you have your mortgage offer but your first choice of house falls through and you have to start looking again? If so is it likely to be a hard or soft search? Thanks.
