Ive decided not to sell - Please advise on my fixed rate

Evening All

My house was up for sale but Ive pulled it off the market because I have an exit fee of 3%

I have 24 years left on my mortgage ( £95,900 )

fixed at 5.79% until Jan 2014 ( around 16 months)

I pay £600 per month although a fair amount of that is interest

Mine is repayment

What I wanted to know ( estimate ) what my outstanding balance will be come Jan 2014 paying back £600 at 5.79% for the next 16 months

Then it reverts to SVR at 3.99%

could someone give me a rough figure please

Many thanks

  • Up on the top band of this site is a tab labelled 'Mortgages Homes' - pop the details above in the basic mortgage calculator and it should give you pretty good idea of where you'll be on any given year over the term. There's also a calculator which helps you to decide on whether ditching your fixed rate will pay off.
