Mortgage Valuations More Then Offer Price
How exactly do mortgage valuations work - We had ours done by Countrywide (who were instructed by the mortgage lender) and the valuer came back saying it was worth 10% more then we have offered Do the valuers know the price that you have offered or not and do valuers normally value property optimistically or not?
