got a mortgage out at the moment had it about 5 year. the 1 i got is about 20,000 grand less than the full house price (got a deal 
would the same company im with let me up the mortgage by 10,000 as its the cheapest out there still in stead of switching to another company.
if so would there be a lot of fees?

I asked as your lender will perform a credit check as part of the application process. So any other outstanding unsecured debt will be noted.0 -
would it make any difference if we said to the lender we would pay the small amount of debt of within the 10,000 we asking for0
