House valuation on a re-mortgage.
Hi, Although I have only just got my first house/mortgage and jumping the gun (by 4 years and 10months) how does house valuation work on a re-mortgage? Say I want deal X that is for a LTV of <60% who does the valuation if at all? thanks in advance.

2 Year fixed 85% LTV - Cheapest?
Hi, I am currently looking for a 2 year fixed rate 85% Loan to value repayment mortgage. It will be a 25 year mortgage. The cheapest I have been quoted is 4.69% by HSBC, but comes with the £999 fee, plus other costs. Is there anything better out there? Need to get something in place ASAP. Thanks Darren
