Transferring a mortgage to a partner
Hi, Is it possible to transfer a mortgage/deeds to another person without a sale? The propety is in negative equity which I presume has some bearing on whether it is even possible. Thanks in advance.

SVR - Question
I'm on a fixed deal at the moment which runs out in around 16 months. I will then move to my lenders SVR (If I don't remortgage or get a new deal). My question is is this rate the rate which is in my mortgage documents or is it the one that is advertised on their website. Am I tied into this SVR? Thanks

10% Morgage Overpayment Payment........ 10% of What.
I am looking at a 10 year fixed mortgage with C & G and am allowed to over pay by 10%. My question is what does this mean exactly. Is this 10% from say a balance on a given date, like 1st Jan of each year, Is it 10% of you original loan or what. Many thanks
