Mortgage Statement
Can anyone help me understand my mortgage statement. Im paying a fixed rate 5% capital & interest repayment mortgage but on the statement I have received the interest paid amount fluctuates although my monthly payment stays the same each month. Can anyone help explain this please?

I have an NPI mortgage endowment policy that has 18 months to maturity. This has not paid any bonus for about 4 years is it worth hanging on until maturity as it is already showing a 15% deficit in its projected value?:confused:
