Remortgage, consolidation,

Hi all ,
My fixed rate mortgage end in June and we have spoken to a mortgage company regarding the change of our mortgage.Unfortunately over the past 4 yrs i had to give up work as i have 2 young daughters so only work on a casual basis at the moment and we have had to use credit cards to manage. We are considering increasing the years on our mortgage and conolidating our debt which would definately help us at the moment as we don't have any extra cash as it all goes on minimum payments. We have been offered a great rate considering i have not got a great credit rating but my OH has ,with a company called Accord who i have never heard of .
Has anyone got any advice or heard of Accord ?
I think we will definately be better off and the mortgage would go up £120 per month which it would if we just change anyway without raising the extra cash to consolidate .This would mean we would have savings and then we can start to over pay the mortgage payments in September when my daughters will both be at school and i can work more . Then when the fixed term ends in 3 yrs we can reduce the years again.
Any advice would be appreciated !!!

I've been putting quite a bit of business through Accord recently as their rates have been good. Finding their service excellent - regular updates, good system, etc.
