Homebank Brokers
homebank brokers. it is the companies that are at fault and cashing in. Yes noted the post by Sian112. I agree the brokers that work for the companies are not allways at fault they offen have to hit high targets and need to be a sales man rather than a mortgage broker. I was told by one x broker that companies promise…

We have a flexible mortgage with Abbey with an interest rate of 6.24%. It has an offsetting ability, by allowing us to overpay into a linked savings account. We currently have £20K that we will be using in the next 6 months or so to rennovate our house. I have an ICICI savings account at 6.3% and I don't pay tax. Would we…

Hey all I remortgaged 2.5 years ago and was happy with the deal. 6 months later I started part-time work, cutting down on my hours and of course salary by half. The mortgage deal ended 6 months ago and I'm now on basic rate plus 1%, so is 6.75%. There is a guarantee with the mortgage that it will never increase in excess…

I’d appreciate some advice about my Standard Life Policy. I took it out in June 92 when I bought my first flat. Would I be better off surrendering this policy and putting the…
