Bad Credit - Need a mortgage

Options
Me and my girlfriend are looking for a morthgae but have been turned down by a few - Yorkshire BS ect . .

i earn 26k, she earns 15k - we are looking for around 120k and have around 6k deposit

Unfortunatley I have had missed payments on credit cards, loans ect and my credit history is poor. I have 2 loans totalling to 14k and my repayments are £300 per month. My missus has good credit history with no loans ect.

After my loans paymet I have approx 1200 left so I can afford a mortgage repayment

Please can anyone advise on who may lend to us? with a good rate (if poss)

thanks

Due to the current sub prime market (which you'll fall in to due to your credit history). There is very little chance of you getting a 95% LTV mortgage. Unfortunately there is no way she could get a mortgage on her own given her current income.

I would suggest raising a larger deposit and trying to make inroads in to improving your current credit
