Probably a silly question.......

....but when looking to remortgage we see reference to higher lending charges being bandied about.

Would this apply to us, especially if we remortgage with our current mortgage provider??

Any comments appreciated.

Cheers

You cannot remortgage with your current provider. Remortgaging involves changing lender.

Buying a new deal with your existing lender would not incur an HLC.
