We have just started to look around with regards re-mortgaging on a buy to let mortgage which was fixed for two years until 2007. Woolwich - Other lifetime trackers for good LTV
I owe £48000 with 9 years remaining on my current BoE + 0.75% tracker (Egg Flexible). With my house being worth £150,000+ now I have an LTV of 33%, so the lifetime trackers offered by the Woolwich look very tempting:D Minimum loan is £50000, so I would have to borrow another £2000 for the hell of it, but if I'm crafty I…

What are interest rates likely to do?
This question is for people more experienced in these matters than myself. What, in your opinion, are the BoE likely to do with interest rates in the next 6 months, 12 months, 2 yrs and 5yrs? I know that nobody can know for certain but what are your gut feelings?

Is it paying off the original amount borrowed, or a combination of the interest and original amount borrowed? If you over paid by £100 a month, how much of the £100 would be interest, how much would be off the original amount? is this how it works? Thanks

Bridging Loan Costs
Hi. My husband and and I have bought a new property and we need to bridge for 3 weeks until the new people move in. We've decided to get our solicitor to arrange the bridging as, although it may be more expensive, it should be a lot less hassle. We will be bridging for the total purchase price of 325.000. The charges are a…
