Mortgage Offer
On an earlier thread, I read somewhere that some mortgage companies hold mortgage for up to 12 months. Now this would be quite handy for me as my mortgage is up in April 2008. Valuation of Property
We took out a two year fixed mortgage last year, and I have started to look at new remortgage rates. Some I like require you to take no more than 80% of the value of your house. Fair enough, I suppose, but how do I know if my house has risen by that much? Get a estate agent in? Or hope that the mortage company will give me…

High deposit mortgage
Hi - I'm lost in the logic(?) of mortgages and I wonder if there's anything out there that suits me? However, as I can't afford much more than the mortgage I'm already on, I can't…
