How can I find out how my endowment has been performing ? I have an illustration that tells me how much it will over/underpay at 4,6,8%, but what I want to find out is at what rate has it grown, or is it growing at the moment, yet the Pru tell me they cannot calculate this information ? thanks mike

The reason I ask is I'm planning on re-mortgaging in January but am worried the interest rates will continue to rise, didn't know if I could agree a mortgage now and take it up in January.
