BTL - recemmended lendors / brokers? interest only or repayment, hmm? help!

Can someone suggest a good broker or lendor for a BTL. I have a 15% deposit. Also, I have recently started working as a Contractor rather than permanent employment. Finally, I was told that most buy-to-let mortages are interest only not repayment - this sounds quite surprising to me as I simply dont see that many properties giving an attractive yield and thus thought part of the attraction of BTL was the onwership of the property as a pension pot?!?!?
