Fixed Rate - 2 Or 5 Year Deal
I am looking to renew my expiring fixed rate deal and looking for the best deals around. I now wish that I had taken my previous deal over 5 years not 2. Do you think it would be better to take the next fixed rate out for 5 or 2 years. Any help would be appreciated. ;)

Remortgage question
Can you remortgage a house with a second charge on that property ? as the remortgage is to be used to pay off the second charge. If it is possible is it best to go to the current mortgage provider (Woolwich) or to try a new mortgage company ? Any ideas would be helpful.
