I have 02 phone and I get free texts and internet on it. I do not get the free calls. The problem is that my friend has 02 phone and gets free calls to other 02 users, but not to me. When he rings me, he gets charged for the call. I rang o2 but they could not help.

Hi there, does anyone know of any cheapish mobile phone that has the ability to record phone calls? I used to have a cheap Alcatel phone that could do it but can't remember the model. The network provider doesn't really matter to me although unlocked would be nice. Just as long as it can record calls.
