Do any of these companies pay for 'trackable (returns service)' or 'special delivery' postage for you to send the phones in, or is just the freepost address?

Best SIM deal for emergency use only
Does anybody have any suggestions as to the best SIM PAYG for an elderly relative to use for emergencies only? We have been caught out with SIMs in the past that become defunct and remove your credit if you do not use them after a certain period of time.

Current best Sim-only?
I have a month to run on a SIM Only contract - it's with three and I was paying £10 a month for 300 minutes, 3000 texts and 1gb of data.
