Mobile Broadband Laptop/Tablet Deals
Hi All, I've found a tablet offer for signing up to a mobile contract that I'm quite keen on, but am wondering whether it's worth waiting until after Xmas to see if the terms improve. Does anyone knows if such deals typically improve after the festive season, perhaps due to price falls in the laptops/tablets offered? I…

After having my trusty Nokia 6303i for 2 years now it's starting to get a bit old. I'm looking at getting a new phone on orange (always been good, and the best signal where I live). I'd like something with Android, but looking to spend no more than £150. The phones I've got short listed so far are the Orange San Francisco…

Carphone Warehouse refund/exchange faulty phone after 5 months?
Hello, Need some advice regarding Carphone Warehouse refund/exchange. The story so far: I bought a Samsung Galaxy Apollo (i5800) from CPW at the start of July 2011 using Credit Card. Around September I started having trouble with it restarting (switching off and on by itself) and sometimes just switching off altogether…

Lumia 800 - Do I get this instead of an iPhone?
I simply can't decide! The MSE decision would be "yes" because I can sell my iPhone 4 and buy the Lumia 800 at a lower cost. The Lumia uses WinPhone 7.5 which is an amazing operating system with tight integration to social media environments, meaning no need to use 20 million applications to do something similar like see…

Left O2 Contract
I recently changed to Giffgaff and used O2's PAC code service to transfer my number across. This all went OK and I've been on Giffgaff now just under a month. The last thing O2 sent me was my latest bill, however for some strange reason it was £0.00 even though I thought they may have charged for a final month since being…

GiffGaff - good or bad?
Hi, I have an iPhone 3GS from O2 which is now out of contract and I am looking at alternatives. The phone was only recently replaced and with the rumours of an iPhone 5 I am holding off upgrading. Hence looking at GiffGaff as payg for the moment. However, I have read some online reviews which don't paint the service in…

Excessive Vodafone Bill
A friend recently went abroad and used his phone and has been hit with a bill for over £600 by Vodafone. He knows he used the phone but is struggling to get help from Vodafone as it relates to internet usage but he only used it for 40 minutes (in Saudi Arabia) so finds it hard to understand why the bill is so high. He had…

Can't decide which phone to KEEP!
I bought a HTC Desire outright in March this year and I am now in the possession of a Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray courtesy of a 24 month contract with T-Mobile. The HTC had a damaged back cover clip; I am waiting for a replacement part to arrive so I can fit it. Although I always liked the phone, the battery life is less than…
