Help- Orange Voice mail
I have an unlocked mobile fone that I have been using my orange sim on (previously locked to O2).Whenever there is a voicemail message left it shows up the icon but whenever I try to retrieve it I can't get the message. Any ideas how to do this??? Any help appreciated

I'm reluctant to pay £9.99 a month insurance on a phone I just got for phones4u. I paid less at CPW. So are there any 3rd party insurance options out there? My bank deal doesn't cover unauthorised calls (which is the main thing I want). I am going to see if my home contents cover can include it. Any suggestions?
