When applying for a loan it”s common to see “2 years proof of income” required/mentioned. My SA302 for 17-18 is only £5k income but 18-19 will be about 20k. How would they likely view that? Makes sense to me to put in my income as 20k but would they take an average of the two years, or even less? for affordability/risk?
