Hi, I'm new to the site and not sure if this has already been asked but does anyone have a contact number for Coast Financial Solutions in Newport? I'm trying to clear a mistake following a loan with Welcome Finance which was paid off a while ago but can't find a number on google or anywhere.

I would wait until this company contacts you, then seek further advice.


The reason behind this is that Coast Financial Solutions does not appear to be FCA registered, however Target Servicing LTD do appear to be registered, but appears to be an IT type company.


There is a thread over on Legal Beagles about it, don`t be too hasty to part with your cash just yet.

You write that you have cleared your loan but that a mistake has been made - was the loan originally cleared with Welcome, or was it cleared with Coast?

What was the mistake, and who made it - was it a secured loan (most likely) and the charge securing it on your property was not removed after final payment?

Note that FCA regulations effective 26 October 2015 have banned the use of premium rate 084, 087 and 09 numbers by financial services firms.

Either the published telephone number is out of date or the firm is operating in breach of FCA regulations.
