PPI Claim Post IVA
I have had a PPI refund upheld by one of my creditors that where in my IVA. They have listed payments and reductions and I noted that they took a amount for arrears. My understanding was that when my IVA completed all aggreements where satisfied, there for, no more arrears? Is this correct?

I lost a court case last Summer and was left with a lien on my house for £17000. Today I got a letter from Rossendales saying they are going to gain access to my house and take goods to the value of whatever I owe. Can they do this.
