PPI Claim Post IVA
I have had a PPI refund upheld by one of my creditors that where in my IVA. They have listed payments and reductions and I noted that they took a amount for arrears. My understanding was that when my IVA completed all aggreements where satisfied, there for, no more arrears? Is this correct?

I lost a court case last Summer and was left with a lien on my house for £17000. Today I got a letter from Rossendales saying they are going to gain access to my house and take goods to the value of whatever I owe. Can they do this. Can any tell me how a DRO should be shown on your credit file? my daughter has a DRO but Eqifax are showing this as Bankcruptcy, surely this isn't right? she is extremely upset as this has meant not being able to given promotion at work, as the compay can't get insurance for her, any help would be appreciated.
