Hsbc e-isa
Hi, I have had the HSBC E-ISA for maybe 3 years now. Do i have to notify HSBC that I will not be subscribing in 2010/2011? Or come April 6th or whenever, do I just apply for the A&L one (or whatever is best come april) and start subscribing there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Can I transfer from a cash isa into a stocks&shares isa?
Sorry if this is a silly question but I can't find the answer anywhere. I have 3 or 4 years worth of cash isa & need to transfer it anyway due to bradford & bingley's dire interest rate. Can I put some of this into a stocks & shares isa & some into another cash isa? Thanks in advance!! ;)

Isa s&s
Hi Guys, Really want to invest some money longer term, but with smaller penalties costs should the worst happen and maybe need to withdraw at short notice. I have been watching my pension fund closely over the past 18 months, and its done phenominal at time (when I expected it too), when it wasn't doing well I expected…

Abbey/Santander rate change notification?
I just got annual statement of interest from Santander. Account was called Postal ISA, and name was changed this year to Easy ISA. I last checked rate on 31/3/09 and it was OK, but interest actually received is a joke (money has been in for 4-5 years so this is nothing to do with intro rates). Rate has obviously dropped to…

Confused as to what your allowed in ISA
Hi I seem to be the only one who is confused with the statement on here under ISA. This is what it states: While the annual ISA allowance is £7,200, only £3,600 may be put in cash. These limits increased in the April 09 budget, to £10,200 and £5,100 respectively, and are in force now for anyone 50 or over by 5 April 2010,…

How Many ISAs?
I currently have an ISA and have put in this year's allowance. I wanted to open two new cash ISAs next year, one to transfer into what I have already saved and one to put in next year's allowance. Is this possible or is the rule one per year no matter what you do with it? Thanks in advance :)

Hi, This probably is a stupid question but if you can answer it I'd be grateful as I can't find the answer anywhere...
