My kitchen extension flat roof is leaking in 3 places, we have 3 buckets in the kitchen when it rains and it hasn't been re done in 20 years. Anyway I've been quoted £650 for 10ft x 16ft. I'm surprised at how cheap this seems but id like to know if this price is ok for this size of roof.

Removing asbestos from boiler cupboard
