quotes needed - various jobs

Hi

I'm in the process of getting quotes for all sorts of jobs, and wondered if anyone here can give me an idea of what its likely to cost so I can work out what gets done when.

External Paintwork - 4 large windows, 2 small, fascia boards front and back and a drain pipe, all need painting. The windows will probably need some fresh putty too, as they haven't been touched for around 10years at best guess. ( i think they were originally scarlet, and are now a faded pink. Nice.)

Kitchen floor needs levelling as a square meter in the corner is half an inch higher than the rest!

Wardrobe needs fitting out with 2 hanging rails and 8 shelves. each just shorter than a broom handle, and about 2 foot deep.

Stairs need painting professionally as at its highest its about 3.5m. I'm scared of heights and my husband is an amputee who is willing to try but I'm not going to let him.

Thanks in advance guys,

Update - have now received a quote for £455 (including materials) for the painting jobs.

And thanks Nelly, will bear that in mind when the handyman comes round. In our case though, we need the patch lowering rather than the rest raising. The kitchen is fitted but we have had a pantry wall removed exposing the higher bit. (We'd never clicked that the corner was higher.) so, slightly different to the methods in your links. V swish diagram though..
