Inform Insurance Company?
Hi hoping someone can help, yesterday had an accident, the lady has admitted liabilty and is happy to pay. My question is do I still need to inform my Insurance and if I don't and then she can't afford to pay the repairs will it be too late to then inform them? Thanks in advance for any help.

My daughters partners van was stolen, it was found burnt out in Preston. The insurance company will not pay out until he pays them £600.
