If I was to buy a car to learn to drive in (drive on a provisional licence accompanied by a full licence holder) can I get insurance? How does it work? I know of someone driving round on a provisional licence, unaccompanied. Surely they would be uninsured? Anyone know the ins and outs? cheers

£1000 accidental death insurance
my bank offers me £1000 accidental death insurance (abbey's policy uses Avon Insurance if this helps) .ok this is not much but still good to know. if you usually move abroad to another european country does this mean one is no longer able to benefit from these types of insurances? thanks in advance
