getting rid of soot smell
had a split in the liner of my woodburner all replaced now but the brick/plaster wall in the bedroom where the split was is all black and very acrid smell in the bedroom . anyone know best way to seal the plaster before I repaint it also how to get rid of the smell as the bedroom is unusable
