Steam Generator Iron repair flex?
I have a Tefal Steam Generator Iron that is working perfectly but I've noticed that the fabric covering has 'slipped down' the flex exposing the black wires. It's the flex that goes from iron to base, not the lead that is wired to the plug. Common sense tells me this is not a good thing but is it too dangerous to use? Is…

Painting kitchen cupboards
Has anyone painted kitchen cupboards and wished they hadn't done it? I'm thinking about doing mine as all the makeover shows seem to produce an "as new" kitchen when they do that. I realise that it'll invole a lot of sanding down etc but is it worth it or was it a disaster?

Hi Folks, Last week we had our driveway retarmaced and extended. The work looked fine, and the guys who did it were recommended.
