How long do products usually take to arrive?
Hi, I received an email a few weeks back saying I had won an asos/malibu/labelm/nailsinc goody bag and to reply with my details, which I have. It's about three weeks since I received the email and it's my first big win so I was wondering how long they usually take/at what point should I chase them up? Thanks :)

Just came home from work to a silver card from Royal Mail!
