How long do products usually take to arrive?

Hi,

I received an email a few weeks back saying I had won an asos/malibu/labelm/nailsinc goody bag and to reply with my details, which I have. It's about three weeks since I received the email and it's my first big win so I was wondering how long they usually take/at what point should I chase them up?

They usually say 28 days, but it never hurts to check if they received your details, just a gentle reminder to them that you are still waiting.

The terms and conditions of the competition may give you a time scale.

I've received prizes from two days later, up to six weeks later.

A lot of competitions seem to say 28 days...

I received one today which was within a week of notification and was really pleased... Pretty much every other competition I've won has been a few weeks. I usually leave 4 weeks and then send a polite chaser. I get so impatient waiting that long though!

It's normally 28 working days (Mon - Fri) so getting on for 6 weeks.
