hybrid bike for under £250 please
hi - I'd like the best hybrid bike I can get for the money. I don't know anything about bikes at all, except that I want a hybrid as I'd use paths and roads, and I think I need a 17" frame. I don't think it matters if it's not a women's bike... does it? thanks very much for any advice! Judith x

Hi All I am new here and I hope this is not too silly a question. The BOE sets base rates and have just increased that rate to 5.25%. But what does this mean in real terms?
