Property information form and new information
Hello. I have sold my house. The wording in the property information form said this: "Have any notices been received or sent or any negotiations or discussions taken place which affect the property or property nearby?" The answer I gave was no, because I was sure there were none. However, a neighbor did tell me in passing…

This includes (but reaaally not limited…

Surveys: buyers on site while it happens?
I have never done that before. I am sure many of you had a survey carried out on the house before you bought it. Were you there while the surveyor was doing his/her work? Would you recommend being there? Should I be there? Thanks in advance.

Hi there I viewed a house yesterday and spotted cracking underneath the window - diagonal stair cracks from each corner of the window running down towards the centre (upside down triangle), illustrated in the attached photos.
