Property information form and new information

Hello.
I have sold my house. The wording in the property information form said this: "Have any notices been received or sent or any negotiations or discussions taken place which affect the property or property nearby?"
The answer I gave was no, because I was sure there were none. However, a neighbor did tell me in passing that he wanted at some point to build a dormer in his roof but this was a year ago and it didn't even sound serious, just a kind of aspiration. Anyway, he's going ahead now just as I'm about to exchange so I'm not sure if the box I ticked was correct or not?? Any idea?
Thanks

Not sure I'm being clear. My question is does a neighbor installing a dormer window "affect" my property? I would say not really as in I can't imagine it will affect the value as other neighbours have done the same. But maybe in terms of privacy in that the neighbour will have a better view into our garden? But then even then its a built up area, it's not a big deal and we're overlooked by lots of houses. What does "affect the property" even mean legally?, i.e. does it mean devalue or mean it is danged or what??? Seems very vague to me but I'm a bit unsure if I've ticked the right box.0
