house with unusual layout
i viewed a house today and quite liked it. the layout is unusual ie there is a kitchen and lounge on the first floor. One bedroom on ground floor; one on first and one on second. is this likely to put anyone off if i want a lodger or want to sell in the future? The entrance is on the ground floor.
