Natwest turnaround time

Hi guys, what sort of turnaround time would I be looking with Natwest, assuming fact-finding + application is done on day zero?
How long would it take for my solicitor to receive a mortgage offer?
How quickly can they do a valuation and which surveyor do they use?
Thank you.

Our last NatWest application was submitted on 9th and offered on 30th.
The valuer is not instructed until the case has been signed-off after receipt of all the necessary documentation.
The valuer was a NatWest panel valuer in the area, so you'll get the same. How quickly an appointment can be arranged will be down to the valuer's workload.I am a mortgage broker. Thank you. I know Halifax can turn applications much quicker, but some building societies beat both banks on the rates.
I have about 2 weeks and wondering if there's a lender who can lend from scratch within this timeframe.0 -
