Hi, can anyone tell me what questions are on the RBS consent to let application form? Specifically do they ask about all outgoings? My current debt repayments are high but they are work in progress. The rent income is about 130% of the mortgage but the property is in negative equity. Any advice gratefully received

Solicitors fees when buying
Hi, I am looking at buying a property in the near future (if we can afford it!) and I was wondering if anybody has an idea of how much we should put aside for solicitors fees? I understand it will vary from property to property, but a ball park figure would allow me to try and see what would be appropriate. Thanks
