Renting a flat: a few questions
I'm considering renting a furnished flat on my own soon. Can you tell me: -Would I need to buy a tv licence, or would the owner have to pay for that? -Are all utility bills usually included? -If it's a furnished place, will it have the little things like cutlery, vacuum cleaner, kettle, etc included? Thanks!

50% shared ownership - buying other half

Can he leave before the three months, taking into account he'd want his deposit back? I presume he could leave, but he might struggle with his money!
