Help!!!! I needed to search out my Deeds but can't find them anywhere. I wonder how I would go about getting a replacement - anyone know? Capital Gains Tax
I bought a house 5 years ago i have never lived in it and the value of it has shot up. So if i was to sell it i would have a large amount of capital gains tax to pay. I was just wondering what would be the best way to sell it with out paying to much tax. Any ideas would be helpfull
