Like many people, I'm sure, I've tried to eat better since the New Year (not dieting, just more fruit and veg, and less junk). Blood Spot
As the title says I have a blood spot on my face:(, it developed about 2/3 years ago and it is really affecting my confidence. I have seen the doc about it and he said it may just dissappear but it hasn't so far and wondered whether any of you had any advice as to how I can get rid of it?
