DD+ Bikinis - Where to look?

Hi all,

I'm looking for some bikinis and wondered where the best places are to find them, I've seen this one in Debenhams which will be £36 and wondered if you had any recommendations of other places were you might get a good buy at a reasonable price..

  • Hi!
I'm a 38E and have found lovely swimwear on www.brastop.com also have a look at bravissimo, and figleaves - they sometimes have some reasonably priced sale items. Last year I got a tankini from ebay too.
    Hope you find something!

My local Debenhams had all sale swimwear reduced to £2 or £1 for tops and bottoms, they had loads, I got 2 tops and 3 bottoms all for £6.

I second bravissimo and bra stop - never had any issues with either company except that the selection in bra stop isn't always the best. They are cheaper than bravissimo though
  • Mine is from Bravissimo and is fabulous!!

Try Simply Yours, they do a range of swimwear in larger cup sizes. Be aware it is part of JD Williams shopping group though.

If you live near a Bravissimo store, go in for a fitting, even if you end up buying from somewhere that does the same brands cheaper. They are brilliant and will make sure they know which size and style is right for you.

Thanks for all your tips,. really appreciate it. I normally get bikini tops from H&M and they have lovely styles, however their sizing is usually 8,10,12 etc rather than proper cup sizes..

Is it quite easy to return things to Bravissimo? I thought maybe it's best to order the top in a couple of sizes and try them on, this way I can return the one that isn't suitable..

On their website it says :-
    Returns from the UK

If you are returning your order from within the UK, Bravissimo is happy to pay for the return First Class postage of your parcel – simply stick the postage paid returns label that is enclosed with your order onto your parcel. Bravissimo will insure your parcel if you obtain a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office (UK customers only). If you do not have your postage paid returns label to hand, you can download and print one off here.
