I'm travelling to the US next year and am looking at my options regarding a pre paid travel card. Looking at most of the major cards they seem to all offer the basic same thing. But I've noticed that the post offices card is hardly mentioned. And was wondering if anyone had ever used them and what there experience is of…

Hi folks. Okay I have booked my Florida USA trip etc and I have my rental car which includes a good range of insurances including Collision Damage Waiver (with no excess) but there is still the question of Supplementary Liability insurance SLI which isn't included. Fly Drive suggestion
I had a nice independent travel agent who refused to sell me Fly Drive for the 4 of us travelling to the US. His logic for this was excellent and I love this guy! All 4 of us would pay the same cost per person for the fly drive package but as he pointed out - although entitled to - we would not be using 4 vehicles. He sold…

Currency Haggling
Just changed sterling to Danish Krone at Virgin exchange at Gatwick airport. I was initially offered 8.00 DKK to the pound, said I had seen 8.7 elsewhere and they matched this rate. Almost 10% more for a simple one-line haggle - don't accept their first offer!

What currency for Bulgaria?
I've got to go to Bulgaria next week but know next to nothing about the country. As far as I can tell financial transactions appear to be mostly cash based using the Lev but prices are often quoted in Euro. But what money should I take - Euros or Lev? I'll be staying in Sofia if that makes any difference.
