Unexpected 'we don't want to see you go' letter
I'm with E-ON on their cheapest online tariff and have just received a letter saying they're sorry I've decided to leave them, etc. But I haven't done anything of the sort. I haven't even visited any price-comparison sites in weeks and it would be stupid to do so now anyway. I certainly haven't contacted E-ON to say I want…

Was anyone else promised a callback from EON last Saturday 2nd August ?
I called EON last Saturday (it took me an hour to get through) and I got told their systems were down due to the volume of calls. They took my details on paper, however , and I got promised a callback to finalise transition to them on the fixed price scheme. A week later - surprise, surprise no callback Now I was told that…

Hello all, I am currently with Atlantic for my electric and gas. I followed Martin's advice though and switched (when his urgent email came out). Scottish Power came out cheapest. 31202 Bill from Scottish & Southern!
hi there. I wonder if someone can point me in the right direction to help here. In May 2006, we had our meter in the flat read and at that point asked the man how we went about changing the meter from a token meter to a billing meter. He advised that he would do that for us there & then. All good. 3-4 months later, no…

EDF Energy - Do i accept their offer...
I NEED ADVICE - CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!! Consequently, I have missed the boat and must now seek…

Is Now the Time to Switch?
I heard often that you should shop around for prices, which is good common sense. But I have also been told that you should only switch, ie compare supplier once all price rises have been feed in. I know BG decided to raise prices. Have the others now followed or not yet?

BG Dispute- Solicitor Needed
Hi, We're having a dispute with BG over £3550 bill they say we owe. They have chopped and changed their minds over the amount and even the meter readings. We've received a letter from debt collectors who say they're going to take us to court over it. Does anyone recommend a free or cheap solicitor to help us out? Thanks Jo
