My girlfriend have started a part time job so she's trying to find out what pro rata means so she can find out what she earns a year so she can phone working tax credit. She was given a piece of paper saying £17,711 Pro Rata, 7.5 hours per week/38 weeks per year. 0.15% £9.18 per hour then £9.74 per hour.
