Is anyone else having problems with paypal notifications? I'm no longer getting any notification when someone pays by paypal, unless I happen to log into my ebay or my paypal account I would not know someone had paid. Soo

Paypal - when is the money secure?
Hi, if I sell an item, and the buyer pays through paypal, when do I know that the money is securely mine? I have heard stories of paypal reclaiming the money from the seller even after it has appeared to have gone into the seller's account, and I don't want to be victim to this!
