You try and get organised but before you manage to do it.....there is always unexpected bills/disasters (in the littlest sense of the word) that seem to crop up. Help Re:banksmart
Has anyone ever used them? Only I went to them purely because of the no win no fee to reclaim Bank Charges since I was unsuccessful with the letters I sent out. However, they say I now owe about 700 in charges to them for the 'work' they have done (which by the way is the EXACT letters I sent which were initially ignored).…

Hi everyone I am finally taking my head out of the sand and trying to deal with my debts rather than wishing them away or pretending they don't exist. I did a very stupid thing. I have a CC with a well known high street bank whose name contains a compass direction. I have previously requested all three credit reports and it appears on none of them. Right way forward?
Hi everyone - this is my first time posting and I'd like some opinion/advice on my situation. So, here's my story: I separated with my husband 3 years ago - it wasn't very amicable but he allowed me to stay in the house with our 2 children for a fee. I remortgaged very quickly (within 4 months) and paid him about £23000…
