Companies in liquidation

Hi folks

Hope I can post here regarding my issue.:o

Anyway I have a claim form to fill in with Begbies Traynor liquidators of TWOPART/E.loan.co.uk, as these went into voluntary liquidation in May 2008, just a few months ago.

I have also registered this claim with the FSCS who still have my details but have said we must also register our claim with the above liquidators.

(this is about a mis sold policy).

The above broker loan company are not yet in default, this may take some time.

Does anyone know how this works and who will have to deal with the claim ?

I have the claim form through the post from Begbies & Traynor, and my form has been with the FSCS for almost a month now, but they are not excusing my claim.

Any help would be much appreciated.;)
Thank you so much.;)
