OMG Claiming against FD for bank charges? They pay
Just had to share my good news ;) I got my statements on Wednesday, replied with a first letter on Wednesday ! Got a reply today offering me full and final payment :) yay. To those that wonder, just do it, brings my bank reclaim total to just under 2K

Advice re nearly statute barred debt..
Dh has recent had contact from Capital one who had bought back an old debt which defaulted on the 5th March 2001.
